Now you can train even more effectively: The fitness tracker Fit Connect 300 HR
monitors your training like a personal coach and transmits the recorded data via
Bluetooth® to the Soehnle Connect app. It stores up to 10 training units
simultaneously, and together with the Soehnle Connect app, provides you with an
overview of your training. Automatic heart rate tracking on the wrist helps you
maintain the correct exercise intensity, find your best pace and avoid
overexertion.
At any time, you can choose to have the overall duration of your activity, the
number of steps taken, the distance already covered and calories burned,
displayed on the large OLED Smart Touch screen. This means you are always kept
updated with your activity statistics. Very convenient: The reading direction of
the display is the same as for a conventional watch. During the night, the Fit
Connect 300 HR automatically indicates your sleep duration and sleep phases,
helping you optimise your sleeping habits to achieve more restful sleep. Very
comfortable: Thanks to its integrated memory, there is no need to connect to
your smartphone. All the data from the last 7 days/nights are stored and
automatically synchronised the next time your fitness tracker connects with your
smartphone.
The Soehnle Connect app prepares all the recorded values clearly – clear
daily, weekly, monthly and yearly overviews make the progress of your training
visible, even at a glance. Thanks to a link to the popular fitness apps
“Google Fit®” and “Apple Health®”, all your relevant health data can
be collected together centrally in one app.
While the Soehnle Connect app supports you with a graphic display, the Fit
Connect 300 HR reminds you of your goals. Furthermore, you receive
notifications of all incoming calls and text messages.
The comfortable universal armband has a buckle and is suitable for wrists with a
circumference of 13.2 to 21.3 cm. The fitness tracker is waterproof (IP67),
which means that there is no need to take it off when showering or swimming and,
in addition, is not affected by sweat from strenuous workouts. The battery lasts
up to 5 days.
