Inaugural concert recorded at the Mariinsky II Theatre in St. Petersburg in May 2013. The gala showcased the Mariinsky's opera, orchestra, ballet, chorus and youth ensembles and featured, among many others, soprano Anna Netrebko, baritone Plcido Domingo, dancers Diana Vishneva and Ekaterina Kondaurova, pianist Denis Matsuez and violinist Leonidas Kavakos, with Valery Gergiev conducting and Vasily Barkhatov directing.
